General Operating Rules for Athletes, Coaches, Companions & Facility Renters
1. Safety & Conduct
All members, athletes and visitors entering the Stadion Sports Center facility are responsible for following the safety measures, maintaining order and keeping the area clean. Please always follow the instructions of the Health & Safety Officer.
2. Smoking & Alcohol
Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited within the facility.
3. Entry Permissions
Access is allowed only to members, athletes and their companions (maximum of two), coaches, leasors and their visitors. Companions are not allowed to enter the playing courts.
4. Use of Rented Areas
Rented spaces must be used according to the terms of the official rental agreement.
5. Vehicles & Parking
Bicycles and motorcycles are not allowed inside the facility. Parking is permitted only in the designated parking area.
6. Pets
Pets is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
7. Health Responsibility
Each athlete is personally responsible for their own health and physical condition.
8. Health Protocols
All visitors must comply with the official guidelines set by the National Public Health Organization (EODY).
9. Sports Attire
Athletes and coaches must wear proper sports clothing and tennis shoes when using the courts.
10. Behavior on Court
Everyone must respect the international code of tennis conduct. Racket-smashing, shouting, profanity, and disputes are not tolerated. Violations may result in:
- Official warning
- Temporary suspension of entry
- Permanent ban on facilities
11. Cleanliness
Please keep the courts and common areas clean. Dispose of bottles, cans, and other waste in the designated bins.
12. Visitors & Spectators
Visitors must behave respectfully, dress appropriately, and speak quietly. They may use the designated seating areas without disturbing players.
13. Damage Responsibility
Any damage caused by negligence or misuse will be charged to the person responsible.
14. Personal Belongings
The facility is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items.
15. Facility Use for Events
The management may reserve some or all courts for tournaments or special events. Notification will be posted at least 15 days in advance.
16. Feedback & Complaints
For comments, concerns, or suggestions, please submit a written request to the Facility Manager. You will receive a response within 15 days.
17. Regulation Updates
Management reserves the right to update or modify these rules to ensure smooth operation and better service for all users.
